Phad Thai @ Veggie Veggie (u-district)
While going to Thai restaurant, this is my fav thai dish!
I've never seen this in thai restaurant in twn. :p
Cuz Veggie Veggie is a vegetarian restaurant
, so the meat is "fake", soy meat, actually. (i love soy again :p)I feel very very relaxed to goto vegetarian restaurant on my own. Not for religion, I quite enjoy veggie stuffs. The only meat i like should be chicken ba...:p
Hmm..based on the intro from veggie veggie, its phad thai is thai rice noodles with choice of soy meat, egg, bean sprouts and green onion stir-fried in their home made tamarind sauce. And the best part for me is the nutty stuffs on the top! Having them mixed within the noodles....YUM YUM YUM!
But the only shortcoming is....I'll be thirsty to death after eating phad thai...-_-"
Hmmm...this is the beginning of the series of my food tour here.
The next coming up might be the series of grocery tour, market tour, cafe tour....^^
Hope I hv patience to finish all these.
